To contact Customer Service with general inquiries, please send email to support@accelereyes.com.
When posting on the forums or emailing to report a bug, please include the following:
- The entire output of ginfo
- The complete error message (screen shot if possible)
- Simple, self-contained code to reproduce the problem.
When submitting code, please do your best to make it simple and self-contained. Narrow it down to as few lines as possible. Time you spend stripping it down will greatly affect how long it takes someone else to understand and diagnose the problem. If it needs input variables, generate that data at the start of the script instead of sending us .mat files. We can do very little if we cannot reproduce your situation (problem size, data types, etc.).
Please also include your system information:
- Operating system, e.g. Windows 32-bit, Ubuntu Linux 10.04
- MATLAB version, e.g. R2010a
- NVIDIA driver version, e.g. 270.13
- All GPUs you have (NVIDIA and non-NVIDIA)
