Jacket Licensing and Pricing Options

Jacket licensing and pricing is designed for flexibility. Additionally, from time to time AccelerEyes provides special offers.

Licensing

• Designated Computer Licenses are node-locked to a Host ID, which is the computer MAC address. The license allows an unlimited number of users to access the software from a single machine. There are two configurations supported with this license:
  
  
  1. Single-Node with a Single GPU
  2. Single-Node with Multiple GPUs via Jacket MGL


• Concurrent Network Licenses are made available for organizations interested in centralized license administration. This option provides a floating license for all client machines. Concurrent Network Licenses allow an unlimited number of users and unlimited number of machines to run Jacket, but are limited in the number of simultaneous users. A central license server limits the number of concurrent sessions which may be run at any given time. The FlexLM-based license server is installed on a machine from which all users must be able to checkout license keys. The license server is node-locked to a single Host ID. Concurrent Network License may be used with the following configurations:
  
  
  1. Single-Node with a Single GPU
  2. Single-Node with Multiple GPUs via Jacket MGL
  3. Multi-Node clusters with Multiple GPUs via Jacket HPC

• Licenses are perpetual and come with 1-year of free maintenance. Optional extended software maintenance service and technical support are available for additional fees. Subscription licenses can be made available to organizations upon request.


• The Jacket End User License Agreement is available online.

Pricing

Jacket and each of the add-on products are priced individually and are available in the webstore. Each product has a U.S. list price. Discounts are available for academic institutions.
